our 4 hours barista course results in a Statement of Attainment listing the units SITHFAB005 Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee and SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety.This course is comprised of 4 Hours Classroom Delivery, a demonstration assessment in our training classroom and an online Written Assessment .Through the training you will learn how to operate a commercial coffee machine, how to make perfect espresso, how to texture silky and high quality milk ,how to correctly use and set the coffee grinder , how to maintain and clean the coffee machine.You will be assessed by observation of practical tasks and written questioning which will take place through self-paced online resources study. You will also learn follow hygiene procedures, identify food hazards and prevent food contamination.You must complete all assessment tasks satisfactorily in order to achieve competency of these units.
